Yesterday, the producers of a documentary about Dock Ellis--the flamboyant Pittsburgh Pirates pitcher who entered the Hall of Immortals in June of 1970 when he threw a no-hitter while on LSD--contacted us to help support them in funding the finishing of the film. They've seen our blog entries on him, and want our help raising money.
For Dock, anything.

There are only 4 days remaining in their fund-raising drive, so (as they say on the infomercials) act now. We're thinking of contributing $25 bucks. That'll get us a "Dock Ellis Has a Posse" sticker, and some other cool loot. We encourage everyone to contribute to this good cause.
Dock deserves to be remembered. As do we all.
