I've had some weird whispers in my life and still do. I try to sift out from the ramblings, nuggets of word nutrients I can apply to my oversoaked grey matter. "Everything changes" comes to mind, "that feeling is temporary" and may return - what ya gonna do when it does?(thats mine). Any how its rare to see someone walking around in a painting with a log rubber/coat on. Makes me think of my thesis where I inexplicatedly inserted some tale about spying a charred out tree still upright and wanting to get inside it.

Thanks for the comments. I took have an urge to crawl inside a burned out tree trunk. It must run in the extended family.

Who's the painter, Mike?

UF Mike

Marcel Dzama.

You should hire John Cale to put some music to these words! Fab! (sigh... suddenly sick of me.)

UF MIKE

I'm sick of me, too. Perhaps we've come down with self-loathing. It's going around.

Martijn

Thanks for the cheer-up, it's almost working. I wish there was a remedy.

There is: Tell yourself, I'm despicable, but not as despicable as 64.5 percent of the rest of the world's population. It always cheers me up.

That painting cracks me up. I like the camoflage tree. Very sneaky.
