I'm rather offended by this.....
My Grandfather was an elf...but then they kicked him out so he became a Gnome......
something about not paying union dues......

It's juat one little step from Elf to Zwölf - german numerolocy feat. an Umlaut at work.

Gnome your home, Stu.
Anyway, thanks for the Christmascard/video. Sorry I'm a bit quiet lately. Maybe all these years of getting fed by failure, finally have eroded my camel, or some gibberish like that. What I mean is that my words seem more futile than ever. All but hoarse humming written in smoke on a breezy day.

Blimey - it should of course be "just" and "numerology". Beg your pardon.

Grüß Gott J.M. I always love your blimeys!
P.S. I was on vacation in Germany last August and someone whom I met in the forrest (another hiker) actually said 'Grüß Gott' to me. Who would have thought that this was actual practice! And, to top that off, I also saw a guy in, no shit, Lederhosen! I love Germany.

"Grüß Gott!" and Lederhosen? That's bavaria, I presume. Here in the seabreeze-shaken north of germany people say "Moin!".
And you really shouldn't love germany.

No, it was in East Germany, near Neubrandenburg. Maybe couple of strayed Bavarians perhaps. It's hard to love one's own country, but my Germany trip was awsome! Saw Rügen (Prora! ha ha), Müritz, Frankfurt an der Oder and Berlin, the Coolest Place on Earth.

You were on Rugen? So cool! Prora rocks! Hey everybody!
Moin! Moin!

That was pretty darn authentic, from the elf socks to the lighted dance floor.
The only thing missing was the backgammon bar and some big hair.

Fine to hear you had a great trip, Martijn! I guess I could love germany if I wasn't actually an inmate of this country.
