Why the Habsburgs Went Poof
You kind of expect the inbred offspring of degenerate royalty to look sickly and feeble, but this weak-chinned twitch has gone too far. Look at that sour puss. He knows the the Empire's on its last legs. The Party's Over! But you wouldn't know it from the polka dot cravat, which adds a grisly touch of brio to his otherwise lifeless appearance. "Forget about the hemophilia and the watery eyes and the occasional descents into total madness," it says. " I'm the life of the party!" Or maybe it's the only thing keeping his head on.
pass the bong

That's a tourniquet & it's the only thing keeping blood in his head....

So many people have mentioned to me the phrase 'decent into total madness', or 'has already descended into total madness', or even 'he .. he .. he's crazy'. Yet so few actually project any sign that they know what they're talking about, that they have personal 'madness' experience. Those persons couldn't care less that the following pharmaceutical warning label does not contain the word 'triple', or 'trice', or especially 'THREE:' even though it might lead the observer to anticipate such or consider it Essential. Whatever.

Oh, we know what we're talking about. Well, not psychosis. But a couple of its little brothers. Thanks for the failure!
