Art Expert Unremitting Failure Squints at: Anselm Kiefer!
Anselm Kiefer is our favorite artist. His sprawling canvases practically throb with deep symbolic meanings having to do with Germany's benighted past, but seeing as how we're so superficial we've been known to judge a painting by its frame we'll be damned if we know what they are. You know what we find so spooky about Kiefer? Going on about him almost makes our not having the faintest idea what we're talking about seem like a bad thing. Anyway, the painting below is entitled I Begged You Not to Smoke in the Theater.

Going on when you don't have the faintest?
I mean, its never really bothered you before has it?
Looks like a Great White Cioncert.

Mike I should apologize for the Great White comment....96 souls lost and its just not polite to joke about the dead.

Mike, You are a great namer of paintings.
DO you think I should become a welder?

Steve, you didn't start the fire. It was that bastard Billy Joel. Thanks, Karoline. Yes, you should become a welder. His book with wings is great, but you could do better. Like a jar with eyeballs in it with wings!
